Relevant Projects

-Legal Consultant in the Urban Development for more than 600 hectares in Mexicali   (Urban Development Xochimilco and Orizaba), being responsible of the legal design   of Trusts with the participation of Government and Private Initiative, which resulted   in very successful schemes that until today are still being used in the development   of commercial, industrial and housing projects in the State.

-Legal Consultant in the Urban Development of more than 500 hectares in Tijuana   (Nature City) being responsible for the legal design of the Real Estate Trust in which   the project was made.

-Legal Consultant in Industrial Park Developments and Commercial
  Centers, obtaining the authorization of one of the first industrial parks under the   Condominum Regime to operate in Baja California.
